Mini Kitchen Workshop Event Held

Ardahan University Technical Sciences Vocational High School was held in the field of practice activities, students and academic staff of the Civilization Program had the opportunity to learn the construction of beans dessert, among traditional tastes. In the event organized, participants were informed about the “Posof Bean Sweet” prepared stages, the characteristics of the materials used, production techniques and presentation methods. Students in the practical education process have gained experience in the importance of the place and cultural heritage of traditional products in the field of gastronomy. During the event, students gain the opportunity to consolidate both theoretical knowledge and improve their kitchen application skills. In the evaluation by the Directorate of Higher School of Technical Sciences, it was expressed that the practiced educational activities provide significant contributions to the professional development of students, the gastronomy culture will be maintained by similar activities.
