Prof. Dr. Öztürk Emiroğlu Announces Ardahan University in Young Vision Program and Potential of the Region

Ardahan: Prof., A City Rector of Nature, Air and Transportation Dr. Emiroğlu stressed that Ardahan’s natural beauty is one of the world’s natural wealth of Lake Çlendir, Atatürk’s silhouette in Damal and Ilgar Mountain have a different beauty of four seasons. With the landscape and micro-climatic diversity of Lake and Posof’s forestry areas, Ardahan’s nature tourism had a strong potential. Our Rector expressed that the city is one of the rare regions where four seasons can live in a day, also with clean air, calm city structure, low traffic density and safe living environment, Ardahan expressed that it is extremely convenient for student life. Strategic Location and Transportation Advantage Our Rector stated that Ardahan is a strategic city with two border gates, the Türkgözü Border Gate in Posof expressed that the region of international freight transportation opportunities provided through the Aktas Border Gate and railway line in Çtır is attractive. It has taken into account that both regional development and university’s internationalization targets have significant advantages. Interior with nature, a student-friendly Campus Rector said that Ardahan University’s campus stands out with nature-compatible architecture and physical infrastructure. With the natural Putka Lake located right next to the campus, he said that the golf course at Ardahan University only gives a unique character to the university. Our Rector, which also mentions the facilities of shelter, has a capacity of 2000 student dorms in the campus, the male students stressed that they can stay in KYK dorms, which is only 5 kilometers away, so that there is no problem of any shelter in our university. Academic Power and Qualified Education was founded in 2008, our Rector expressed that our university has a qualified educational environment for students.
