Ardahan University Campus Green, Red Mercimek and Nohut October Held

Prof. Prof. As Dr. Ozturk Emiroğlu’s project, the first time in our university campus was green, red lentil and nohut cultivation. Sample field plantings were made directly in the areas of the application in Ardahan University Yenisey Campus. With the positive impact of modernization in agricultural production, we carried out October activities in our university campus by signing a principle in Turkey. We focused on lentilizing and nohut cultivation with alternative products to diversify product pattern in the region. Although the existing planting has been carried out during the spring period, we aim to expand these techniques by highlighting the importance of autumn cultivation in terms of maximization of efficiency.
