A First at Ardahan University: The First Student Comes From Poland Under Erasmus+ Program

Our university took a step in line with the vision of internationalization. Our university is proud to host a student for the first time under Erasmus+ exchange program. This development is the first to be both part and university. The student who will be studying at the Technical Science Vocational High School Hair and Beauty Services program came to our university on 22 September 2025 from the Nowy Targ Applied Sciences University of Poland. The same day, Nowy Targ Applied Sciences University Erasmus+ Institution Coordinator Dr. Michał Niewiadomski visited our university under the mobility of Erasmus+ staff. Home Niewiadomski, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences at the Conference Hall “Directional Bioeconomic: Information, Perception and Challenges in Europe”. The conference, offering important information on sustainability, environmental awareness and economic transformation in Europe, was followed by our academic community. Home Niewiadomski was accompanied by wife lady in Ardahan visit. Following the conference, Dr. Michał Niewiadomski with wife and Erasmus+ exchange student, Ardahan University Erasmus+ Corporate Coordinator Dr. Öğr. Our Rector Prof. Dr. Ozturk Emiroğlu was welcomed in his authority. Our Rector specially expressed the satisfaction of this academic mobility due to the important part of academic life in Poland. Founded in Poland, this bond stresses that it is important for both academic and culturally university. After the visit, our vector presented gifts to guests. Visit was terminated with the photo shoot of memories.
