Organized Occupational Health and Safety Seminar for Students to participate in Applied Lessons in Our University

Within the protocol signed between our University and Provincial Directorate of Health, the “Work Health and Safety Seminar” was organized for students who will attend practical courses. Our university is organized by the Vocational School of Health Services, Deputy Director. See M. Sadik Öztanrıkulu was informed about what matters to be considered in the process of application. Then, ISP Office Coordinator Öğr. See. Mehmet Aruk made a presentation on the basic principles of occupational health and safety, risks that may be encountered in the field and measures to be taken. Within the scope of the seminar, students aimed to gain awareness about the possible risks they may encounter in the areas of application, adopt safe working culture and increase safety awareness with occupational health. The event ended with the answer to the questions directed by students.
