ARÜ Administrative Unit Guidance and Compliance Commission Meeting Held

Our University Administrative Unit Guidance and Compliance Commissions Meeting was held at the University Senato Chamber at 10.00 on 29 December 2025 Monday. Meeting, Rector Assistants Dear Prof. Dr. Mustafa Yıldız and Mr. Prof. Dr. Zafer Aykanat was held with the participation of Mr. Hüseyin Caner Akkurt, Secretary General of our University. Associate Professor of Guidance and Compliance Office at the opening of the meeting. Information about the substances per day by Dr. Ibrahim Okan Akkın was made. Then, the Administrative Unit Guidance and Compliance Commission’s heads, members and related unit representatives were evaluated on studies, issues and solution recommendations. In interviews, existing and planned applications were discussed in order to strengthen corporate belongings and motivation feelings of administrative staff; in this context, it was particularly highlighted in the importance of strengthening communication processes and promoting good application examples. In addition, the content and calendars of the in-service educational programs were expressed in the necessity of coordinated work in this regard, which should be determined in accordance with the needs of units. In addition, students’ Assembly studies, compliance Week events and recommendations for further effective guidance activities for new registered students were discussed. By highlighting the contribution of the development of corporate culture of such activities, student–personel focused on models that will increase engagement. Meeting was held in coordination with our University Guidance and Compliance Office. During the consultation meeting, the coordinator assistants informed participants about the work carried out by Havva Vanlı, Filiz Vural and Mr. Dr. Nuri Can Akın. Home Nuri Can Akın stressed that the process will be carried out in accordance with the feedback of the process by finding reminders on the planned evaluation survey. After receiving opinions and reviews, the meeting ended with the transmission of new year greetings.
