Ardahan University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Economics, Business, Political Science and Public Administration, International Relations departments, after accreditation processes, Turkey’s Qualifications Framework (TYÇ) logo deserved to use diplomas and transcripts. With this development, the number of programs with TYÇ logo at Ardahan University rose to 7.
Ardahan University continues its activities in the direction of strengthening quality assurance in educational and increasing the number of accredited programs. Turkey’s Qualifications Framework is a national framework attribute that enables training and teaching qualifications in Turkey to identify, classify and relationship with each other. TYÇ logo stands out as an important quality indicator, which includes the Turkish Qualifications Framework and is associated with the criteria set in terms of quality assurance.
TYÇ logo is involved in diplomas and transcripts and contributes to more transparent, understandable and visible expression of the qualifications they have. Besides this, it is important for national and international mobility by supporting the understanding of the qualifications that students and graduates have in different educational systems and countries. Successful completion of the accreditation processes of four parts of the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences is evaluated not only as a success that shows that the programs meet the specified quality standards, but also as a concrete result of continuous improvement and quality assurance culture.
The degree of educational activities in the accreditation processes of programs, student-based applications, measurement and evaluation processes, student and stakeholders participation, academic and administrative support mechanisms, continuous improvement studies are discussed with a holistic approach. Thus, one of the important outputs directly visible in terms of students and graduates of these quality work together with receiving TYÇ logo was obtained. Ardahan University is evaluated as a corporate approach based on continuous development of educational and educational processes, not only as activities carried out in certain periods of quality assurance and accreditation work.
It is aimed to ensure that the work in the quality and accreditation area of our university is maintained in the coming period, including accreditation processes of more programs, strengthening the qualified educational opportunities of students and making the qualifications of graduates more visible in the national and international level.
