Ardahan University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences (IİBF) 2026-2027 Fall Half Opening Lesson was held in İİBF Mart Mustafa Hamov Conference Hall on 30 September 2026. 2026-2027 Academic Year Opening Joint of Economics and Administrative Sciences Faculty, Prof. Prof. Prof. Prof. Prof. Prof. Dr. Zafer Aykanat gave the title of the Distance Between R&D and Innovation Performance of Turkey.
Prof. who evaluates innovation relationship with R&D in his presentation in the opening lesson. Dr. Zafer Aykanat expressed that Turkey’s R&D expenditures remain under the GDP rate (1.5%) world average, the success of turning into innovation is high. Mr Aykanat, which compares the patent data of our country with Chinese and US examples, has transferred the success of Turkish defense industry such as Roketsan and Aselsan, the process of rewinding the Kodak and the social effects of the technological transformation.
