Our University Civil Defense and Fire Fighting Program Students Applied Training at Kars Airport

Our University Final Delibalta Göle Vocational High School Civil Defense and Fire Fighting Program was a technical trip to Kars Harakani Airport within the scope of the “Recover Techniques 2” course. With this trip, students were aimed to increase their professional knowledge and skills, improve events and strengthen awareness for field. In this direction, our University’s Teaching Officer was carried out in the training carried out in Hilmi Beautiful coordinate; critical issues such as aircraft accidents intervention, fire extinguishing techniques, emergency management and modern equipment usage were transferred to expert teams. Under the visit to support professional development processes, students found the opportunity to review the operational working principles of Aircraft Rescue and Fire Fighting (ARFF). Our students who observe the theoretical information in the professional working environment, detailed information about the intervention capacity of the airport fire, team organization and international aviation standards. At the end of the program, thanks to Mr. Oğuz Aydemir, Director of Airport for valuable contributions they provided.
